Bachelors of Science in Nursing 1996 from the University of Texas at Arlington
Experience: As a nurse practitioner she has worked at Internal Medicine clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities, and in psychiatry. As an RN she worked at a hospital in Fort Worth caring for cancer and dialysis patients, and at Kindred hospital in Mansfield and Arlington. Her varied experiences allow her to provide excellent care to a variety of patients with complex medical problems. She founded Clinical Bridges in 2014 to be a resource for patients with chronic conditions, recent acute admissions to the hospital, or difficulties getting into an office setting. she is known for being a passionate patient advocate and has incorporated her variety of experiences into the core values and structure of Clinical Bridges. She remains a hands on CEO involved in marketing, oversight of employees, education/training of staff, in addition to providing house calls to patients.
Personal: She has been married since 1992 to her husband Greg and has 3 children, Amanda graduated in 2014 with her chemistry degree from UTA, Katherine is a nursing graduate of TWU in Denton , and her youngest, Adam, is a high college student. She is a member of Mansfield Bible Church and enjoys exercising, music, and gardening.

- Right to Amend. If you feel that medical information maintained about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may ask the provider to amend the information. You have the right to request an amendment for as long as the information is kept by the practice.
- Right to Request Restrictions. You have the right to request a restriction or limitation on the medical information this practice uses or discloses about you for treatment, payment or health care operations. You also have the right to request a limit on the medical information this practice discloses about you to someone who is involved in your care or the payment for your care.
- Right to Request Confidential Communications. You have the right to request that Clinical Bridges communicate with you about medical matters in a certain way or at a certain location. For example, you can ask that the staff contact you only at work or by mail.
